Inherited decoration, not a product. I rebuilt it end to end — flow, IA, brand and design system — so recording, transcription and recap became one clear job. On top of the LLM I designed the trust layer — source attribution, hallucination cues and error-recovery — with a dual-audio recording flow across Cantonese, Mandarin and English. +38% D7 retention, −35% task time.接手時它只是「美化」，不是產品。我從頭重做：流程、信息架構、品牌與設計系統，讓錄音、轉寫、回顧合成一件清楚的事。在 LLM 之上，我設計了「信任層」——來源標註、幻覺提示、錯誤修復，配上雙音軌錄音流程，橫跨粵語、普通話與英語。D7 留存 +38%、任務耗時 −35%。
